Bone broth is loaded with flavor and nutrients and can be made easily in your crock-pot. I always have it on-hand in my freezer. It’s great for sipping or as a base for soups, stews, or sauces. Also, the chicken cooked in the crock-pot is always flavorful and tender. I will freeze it in one to two cups packs and use for salads, soups, tacos, any recipe that calls for cooked chicken.
If oatmeal is your go-to breakfast, ditch the packet of flavored instant oatmeal and make your own.
